In parallel to paperwork, the relaunch of the Flat Mountain Press publishing house takes place in the back rooms of the Pförtnerhaus. Artist editions and multiples created in cooperation with Flat Mountain Press are presented, including Franz West and Hans Weigand’s video work Der strenge Kurator (1995) (the strict curator), in which Otto Kobalek curates the West Collection. Also presented are works by Elfie Semotan, Michel Würthle, Albert Mayr, Philipp König, and Robert Pawliczek.
Flat Mountain Press is a publishing house for artist editions founded by Jason Rhoades and Hans Weigand in Los Angeles in 1998. It has recently been reanimated by a new team.
